Cory Petcoff is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent and a licensed real estate broker who brings considerable business knowledge and an insightful perspective to the board. Cory is president of Baron Realty, the top commercial brokerage and property management firm in Polk County, Florida, with an extensive background in investment analysis, property management, and leasing. Under Petcoff’s leadership, Baron Realty has brokered over $200 million in investment sales and leasing transactions and currently manages a portfolio of more than 600,000 square feet of office and retail properties. Cory is a graduate of Stetson University and serves on the board of directors of several professional, civic and charitable organizations, including Lakeland Christian School, Lakeland Economic Development Council, Lakeland Regional Health Systems, The Vestry of All Saints Episcopal Church, and serves as Chairman of the Lakeland Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board.
