Dave Conway has more than 40 years of experience working in the insurance industry. He served as senior vice president and CFO at Summit, and he recently retired from the board of directors of the Florida Worker’s Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association, where he was chairman of the Investment Committee. He served as regional president of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association and was on the board of directors of the Keene (NH) Chamber of Commerce. He has coached more than 50 youth teams over the years, including girls’ soccer, boys’ and girls’ basketball, softball, baseball, football and hockey. He was also treasurer of two charities. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and a master’s degree from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire.
